At Tag & Tail, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and final sale items cannot be returned.
